“NTPC Town Ship Maintenance “   is a software system that is being developed to maintain the overall process developed in the EDC at the Township. The project mainly includes three modules:

• Mailing Complaints at Township
• Payroll system of HR Department
• Hospital Management

This system is developed to maintain the complaints posted by the employees and also provides the employees to get an appointment from the available doctors online from the regional hospital. This system provides the details of the employee working in the HR Department and calculates the particular employee’s payment details.

This project provides where a client directly go for online consulting a doctor in case of urgency. This should respond automatically for small questions from clients where he will find better suggestions when any health problem occurs.
This all suggestion, which come from automatic generations, is not charged. The client can go for having consulting a doctor online where the client will be in charge for each consultation.

The main aim of the project is automate the resume processing for organization that is applied by the candidates. With this project organization maintains the details about resumes up to six months. The objective of this package is to develop customize software package for organization. The automation of the above mentioned system reduces human dependence and avoids errors in data storage, analysis and retrieval. The time taken for searching the candidate details is also drastically reduced due to the automation process, thus reducing the whole cycle time.
